Flaxseed &Semolina loafs

Flaxseed & Semolina loaf (fusion recipe)

• Semolina(Fine rava ) – 1 cup

• Flax seeds -1/8cup(powdered coarsely)

• Fresh Curd – 1 cup

• Carrots – 3 tbsp ( finely chopped)

• Fresh Peas – 1/8th cup

• Ginger& green chili paste -2 tsp

• Coriander leaves -1/8th cup (chopped)

• Red chili powder – 1tsp

• Garam masala powder-1tsp

• Salt to taste

• Ghee-2tbsp

• Cumin seeds – 1 tsp

• 1pinch hing

• Baking soda – 1/2 tsp

• White sesame seeds – 1 tsp

• Garnish -green & black olives, jalapeños.
Method:-

• Mix together in a bowl Semolina + Flax seed + Curd + Chilly ginger paste + red chili powder+ salt+ Garam masala+ veggies+ Coriander leaves +salt.+ little water spoon by spoon if batter is too thick & Keep aside .

• Heat Ghee & add Cumin + Hing & pour this hot tempering to the batter made before.

• Grease either a loaf tin or a square tin & pour prepared batter in the tin & garnish with Green & black olives + Oregano +jalapeños + sesame seeds + flaxseeds . ( well I ground all the flaxseeds without leaving any for topping , but you make sure not to repeat this mistake)

• Bake in preheated oven @ 180c for 30-35 mins.

• Once out of oven immediately brush some Ghee or butter on loaf.

• Serve hot with tomato sauce Or Sweet chili sauce.
